The whole situation leading to this shambles in Syria started with the amazing yet foolish celebrations that was called The Arab Spring. Both the BBC and The Guardian believed that the downfall of despotic leaders Mubarak and Gaddafi would bode well for the region which history already tells us was completely misguided. We then decide with the US that Assad is the bad guy so we arm the rebels who tu out to be ISIS who bury women and children alive and send their jihadis to bomb and kill wherever possible. We have no bloody clue what we are doing in the Middle East but by interfering we have migrated the problems to Weste Europe.
